Yes you cant do CISCO or Microsoft Certification with Adobe® Photoshop®. However, you CAN do CCSE with the said software.
If you still dont get it... there is no such certification as CCSE by CISCO.

Lesson learnt on both sides. Better stop calling names and get certified. As many already know by now its a highly paid job and a service to your country.
In the end didn't you all find out that Hemmett is the person next door and probably maybe the designer might be none other than our friend. Its a small country, lets work together to fill out the gaps.
We should critisize that is one way to improve ourselfs but the way it started that was the mistake anyways i lesson learnt today is one less lesson to study for tomorow
