I don't see anything 'funny' about the man's initials. It had his surname written out in full, not 'PHS', which I'm presuming is the reason why you found it funny.
Surely there are better things to blog about that some Indian's (no offense if he wasn't) initials?

his initials are P.H.S .. :S . not DVD. DVD is his qualification.. not making it less funnier, lol
